Steamericas will ship your Optima Steamer™, parts, and accessories within the United States, Canada, Mexico and select destinations in Latin America. And in the unfortunate situation you may need to return something, we will happily handle that as well. The following sections outline Steamericas’ shipping policy and return policy.
Shipping Policy
Residential delivery or lift gate truck delivery requires advance arrangement and additional fees. To ensure smooth delivery, please verify your delivery requirements when ordering.
For orders within continental United States, the delivery time is 2 weeks after payment under normal circumstances.
While Steamericas will do our best to fulfill all orders within 1 business day, please allow up to 2 business days for administration, processing and preparation time before the order is shipped.
Orders submitted after 10am PT/1pm ET with same-day processing/shipping request can only be guaranteed to ship the following business day.
If an order cannot be fulfilled within 2 business days due to inventory or logistical complications, Steamericas staff will contact you as soon as possible. Order processing and shipping time may take longer for large volume orders, under extreme weather conditions and others unexpected situations beyond our control.
Attention: Buyers from Canada, Mexico and Latin America
For international orders, all import taxes and fees (including tariffs, VAT, warehousing fees, and local charges associated with customs and inland transportation in the importing country) are paid for by the buyer (importer). For international orders, please be aware that unexpected vessel schedule changes, shipping consolidations, weather conditions, holidays and customs clearance may impact the estimated delivery time of your order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders regardless of fulfillment will incur a 5% processing fee.
Return Policy
All goods must be returned to Steamericas within 10 days from the date of delivery to the shipping address indicated in the invoice.
Before returning merchandise, customer must complete and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization Request Form and acquire an RMA number. Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted by Steamericas.
Return is subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable charges for labor and supplies to repair damages if any.
Returned goods must be insured and in the original packing conditions.
Return freight cost shall be paid by the buyer and must be insured. Customers outside the United States are subject to border processing fees.
Refund will be issued within 30 days of return. Applicable charges will be deducted from the original payment amount.
